The stress-free pipeline system we designed solves the thermal stress compensation problem of traditional large-scale high-temperature and high-pressure steam power pipelines (including flare lines and all other large pipelines that require thermal stress compensation). Moreover, when secondary stress occurs, no matter how many thermal pipes are designed, it can be ensured that the secondary stress does not overlap.

During operation, the thrust force on the fixed bracket is almost equal to zero, which greatly reduces the stress state of the pipeline. On the other hand, it also fully improves the work efficiency of engineering and technical personnel when designing and calculating pipeline stress.
